Narendra heads the organisation and has the overall responsibility of managing the firm. He completed his training from S. R. Batliboi & Company (a member firm of Ernst & Young) and claimed the prestigious Chartered Accountancy in the year 1989. He is also a Registered Insolvency Professional and qualified to be an Independent Director of an Indian Company.

The Company name ‘PERFECT’ is a synonym to his persona. He inspires others with his distinguished planning and meticulous execution skills. He is fondly regarded by his clients and team members for offering ‘Out of the box’ solutions to complex issues.

With his Hawk's eye view on transactions, he has been adding immense value to matters related to Audits, Taxation, Restructuring, M&A, Due Diligence and Liquidations of numerous Indian & International clients – mid size & large.

His three decades of varied experience, knowledge and holistic approach has immensely helped various Companies including Reebok and Carrefour India, where he has also served as a Professional Director.
