Girish heads the assurance and risk advisory practice. Girish completed his training from Singhi & Company and became associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) in the year 1995. He was enrolled as a fellow member of ICAI in the year 1999. Girish is a registered Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He has completed business valuation certification course at ICAI, Delhi and has also attended the executive program at ISB, Hyderabad.

Before joining Perfect Accounting in 2007, he worked with Ernst & Young for 11 years and has audited large business houses and listed companies. He is an eminent name in the field of audit, risk management and corporate advisory. He has diversified knowledge as a practicing Chartered Accountant in field of audit, corporate restructuring, valuation, transaction advisory, mergers & acquisitions and due diligence.
