Manisha heads the Corporate Secretarial & Regulatory Practice. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2003 and holds a Masters degree in Commerce from University of Delhi. She has also attended executive program at IIM Ahmedabad on managing professional services firms and is qualified to be an Independent Director of an Indian Company.

Manisha is associated with Perfect Accounting for more than 17 years and has moved up from an individual contributor to a Partner in 2015. She has high expertise on the regulatory framework on Foreign Investment and Foreign Contribution in India, and has dealt extensively with the Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Home Affairs. In the Corporate Secretarial function, she leads company law compliances, business setup, incorporation, M&A, restructurings, dissolutions and other transactional matters. She has successfully handled various assignments of leading Indian & International companies, especially those with stringent timelines.
